Our client in the beverage manufacturing/FMCG industry is seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead their business operations and drive growth. The role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the FMCG market, brand development, and operational excellence to steer the company towards achieving its business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s growth objectives in the beverage sector.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and brand vision.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint and increase market share.
- Operational Management:
- Drive operational efficiency across production, distribution, and supply chain functions.
- Oversee the financial health of the business, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor progress and drive accountability across all departments.
- Invest in team development through training, mentoring, and talent management initiatives.
- Brand Growth and Marketing:

- Stakeholder Relations:
