Salary : £26,341.88per annum rising to £27,132.14 after a successful 3-month probationperiod.

The Role:
We have a number of opportunities for ProductionOperatives to join the friendly team at our Leominster factory. Thejob entails carrying out a variety of factory skills safely andefficiently, using complex equipment to ensure production ismaintained to the highest level. The role of Production Operativeis wide-ranging and offers a great deal of variety with fulltraining - you will be trained to operate the line (packing orprocess) complete daily routines, perform checks and reportdefects.
Theworking hours for the role are 4 on 4 off days and nights. 12-hourshifts 6-6. This means you will work 4 dayshifts (6am-6pm), 4 daysoff and then 4 nightshifts (6pm-6am). Due to our idyllic, rurallocation, you will need your own transport

The ideal candidate willhave:
- Previous experience withinmanufacturing or the food industry (highlydesirable)
- Level 2 in Food Safety forManufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training isprovided)
- A good standard of literacy andnumeracy in English
- The ability to takeownership and accountability
- The ability tomulti-task and meet deadlines
- Attention todetail and accuracy is imperative
- The abilityto work independently as well as within ateam
