Responsibilities
Alliance Personnel are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our client's team in managing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
- Support the finance department with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
- Proficiency in data entry and financial services
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or Workday is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 14:30pm , Friday 9:30am - 14:00pm
