Medical Receptionist (with Medical Aesthetics experience), Sandton

Our client a Dermatologist based in Sandton is seeking to recruit a well presented and experienced medical receptionist. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical/dermal treatments to assist the doctor as and when necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage the switchboard
Attend to patient appointments
Answer and respond accordingly to calls, emails and text messages
Receive patients in a courteous and professional manner
Capture patient information and scan and file documentation accordingly
Attend to body stat analysis for patients
Attend to stocktake requirements and orders
Assist with minor medical aesthetic treatments
Invoicing & Payments
Debt collection (limited)
Maintain a clean and professional reception area

Qualification

Matric
At least 1- 2 years' experience in a similar medical receptionist position
Experience in a Plastic Surgery / Dermatology / Medical Aesthetic practice will be an advantage
Somatology experience will be an advantage
Exceptional Microsoft office suite experience and computer literate

Working Hours
