Account Manager - Full Service Digital Agency
Our client, a Full Service Digital Agency based in JHB, is looking to employ an Account Manager who has worked with FMCG clients previously.
Duties & Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for nurturing client relationships to join our digital agency, specializing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with FMCG brands, understanding their unique needs and how our digital services can support their business goals.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to craft digital marketing campaigns that resonate with FMCG audiences, driving engagement and achieving client KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations, fostering a data-driven approach to digital marketing.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance account management processes and strategies.
Desired Experience & Qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and influencer management.
- Understanding of the FMCG industry and its digital marketing needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
