We are seeking an Area Manager for a permanent role based in Houghton, Gauteng.
Duties & Responsibilities
Experience Needed To Be Considered:
- BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance / business related field, candidate must have Finance Management / Finance 2
- A property related degree advantageous
- Must be a SA born citizen with a valid drivers license and own transport
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- 4+ years’ experience in property investment / property finance structuring
- 5+ years’ experience in business management
- Experience in banking, sales, marketing, and business investment
- Experience in sourcing clients, analyzing financials, and drafting investment reports
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: - Take complete ownership of financial management, income, and expenses
- Oversee the end-to-end property investment process with a specific focus on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio management
- Actively participate in various committee meetings
- Prepare / present detailed investment proposal reports
- Develop / execute marketing strategies
- Strategically cultivate and maintain relationships
- Actively manage client relationships and regularly participate in management meetings
