Looking for an exciting opportunity in the Financial and Supply Chain Management Services field? We’ve got just the job for you! Our Free State office in Bloemfontein is seeking an Administration Clerk to join our team. As an Administration Clerk, you’ll be responsible for providing general clerical support services. Your duties will include recording, organising, storing, capturing, and retrieving correspondence and data. You’ll need to have a good understanding of clerical duties, practices, and the ability to capture data, operate a computer, and collect statistics. Knowledge of the legislative framework governing the Public Service is also a must.

We’re looking for someone with excellent language skills, both verbal and written, as well as planning and organisation skills. You’ll also need to be computer literate, have excellent interpersonal relations, and be flexible and able to work within a team.

Your day-to-day duties will include updating registers and statistics, handling routine enquiries, making photocopies, receiving or sending facsimiles, and distributing documents/packages to various stakeholders as required. You’ll also be responsible for keeping and maintaining the filing system for the component, typing letters and/or other correspondence when required, and keeping and maintaining the incoming and outgoing document register of the component. Additionally, you’ll be taking and drafting minutes and providing supply chain clerical support services within the component.
