USA-based company, specializing in providing software and multi-tenant Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions tailored to IT Service organizations, including ISVs, MSPs, and TSPs. You will work in US hours so this is night shift work.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Cloud Engineer/Azure Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Virtual Infrastructure: Oversee and maintain virtual infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Supporting Cloud Migrations: Assist in planning and executing Cloud migrations for clients, leveraging Azure services.
- Providing Tier 2 Support: Provide technical support to clients, addressing issues related to our Azure-based software platform and resolving escalated tickets.
- Documentation Development: Develop comprehensive documentation for our white-labeled Azure-based tools, including setup guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices.
- Bug Fixing: Identify and troubleshoot bugs or issues on our Azure-based software platform, working closely with the development team to implement solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure the smooth operation of our Cloud services.
