Introduction
We require a Senior Change Manager to work for a contract role in Cape Town.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role of the Senior Change Manager includes (but is not limited to) the following duties:
- Lead all aspects of the change management program.
- Engage with senior leadership and executives to gain buy-in, and manage other change management practitioners.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Complete change management assessments.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
- Track and report issues.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Support change management at the organizational level.
- Manage the change portfolio.
- Deliver Change Management solutions and documentation to the highest standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant role.
- B Degree in Business Management with Change Management course or module completed.
Package & Remuneration
Market related per hour.
