Marketing Manager Position
A digital solutions agency has an exciting job opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Manager at their offices in Pretoria East.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for leading a team and transferring skills while managing a portfolio of projects . This role offers an opportunity for continuous learning and growth as you navigate dynamic marketing landscapes .
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategies, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful campaigns across various channels.
This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills , and the ability to lead and inspire teams while being open to learning and adapting on the job.
Key Performance Areas include:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing strategy that covers all media and communications channels.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders .
- Oversee and manage several cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Allocate the marketing budget and other resources to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.
- Develop and implement marketing communications materials (videos, newsletters, digital tools, social media content, etc.).
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Honours degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years marketing experience working in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with Marketing Reporting with a focus on Analytics - very important.
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing teams.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
Technical experience required:
- Technology Stack: Notion / Metricool / Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager / Google Ads / LinkedIn / LinkedIn Ads / LinkedIn Sales Navigator / WordPress / Elementor / Jira and Confluence.
