Co-ordinator and Manager of Visual Merchandise
Co-ordinates and manages the production and implementation of visual merchandise and signage, including retail merchandising solutions across the group.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategic planning and coordination of new store builds and refurbishments, focusing on physical space design as per the relevant brand identities and strategies of each brand.
- Manage a full pipeline of stores, leading the design and development of new and innovative physical spaces that prioritize customer experience and operational efficiency, working within timelines set by the Head of New Business.
- Lead the development of merchandising solutions across the group for new retail ranges within existing stores and across all formats, including traditional and non-traditional retail environments.
- Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure the correct implementation of all merchandising standards across the group in all formats.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising and/or store design, or a marketing degree or diploma.
- Experience in both visual merchandising and store design or in marketing a brand.
