Job Description
- Work with key business stakeholders to gather and document Business requirements
- Oversee and conduct business analysis activities through active engagement with key stakeholders
- Document result(s) from facilitated workshops with technical and non-technical resources and document functional and nonfunctional solution requirements
- Producing sound Business Requirements Specification documents
- Establish a process for the creation, approval, and lifecycle management of key project documents
- Manage Business Relationships jointly with Senior and Executive Managers
- Continuous Business Relationship Management to ensure that:
- Requirements and any changes to these are managed accordingly
- Business stakeholders are kept up to speed on the status of their requirements and delivery thereof
- Development of sound Business Cases on behalf of Business, including ROI calculations
- Assist with creating/updating and overseeing presentations required for the interactive sessions
- Assist in preparing detailed specifications documents that will be used to select potential vendors
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects deliver as per business expectations and requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Business Relationship Management
- 5+ years of experience creating, documenting, and managing Business Cases, Business User Requirements and Use Cases
- Experience in use case development and test case development
- Experience facilitating workshops with technical and non-technical resources to document functional and nonfunctional solution requirements
- Facilitation of QA sessions for User Acceptance Testing
- Minimum of 3-year post-matric relevant tertiary qualification in IT/ICT (Degree/Diploma)
- Relevant Certifications in Business Analysts and/or Systems Analysis
