Finance Manager
The Finance Manager is responsible for establishing key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate budgeting, financial management, and monitoring processes.
- Perform financial analysis, reporting, and management activities.
- Hire, train, and evaluate new finance employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and benefits.
- Coordinate financial activities of company entities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Develop accounting procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist in account payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare financial systems for internal and external audits.
- Manage the Finance Team and report to the CFO.
- Attend meetings and liaise with auditors.
- Assist senior management as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education & Qualifications:
- Any of the following degrees: BCOM, BCompt, BAcc, BCOM (Hons).
- Registration with one or more professional accounting industry organizations is advantageous.
- BuildSmart (Advantageous).
- SQL (Advantageous).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years practical work experience in accounting.
- Experience in BuildSmart payroll, Accounting, and Procurement is advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact constructively with a diverse range of people.
