Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for the services of a seasoned Pharmacist Order Processing Manager for their operations in the Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily quality assurance processes, reports, and general query handling.
- 1st Time Query resolution: > 98%.
- Assist in compiling weekly and monthly reporting to both Provincial Department of Health and National Department of Health.
- Call centre management of both inbound and outbound calls.
- Daily meetings with managers regarding Service Level Agreements.
- Overtime budget management and compliance.
- Allocation of resources throughout Order Processing.
- Liaison between support departments and business take-ons.
- Capacity planning for new business take-ons.
- Probation & Performance Management.
- Resolving stock challenges.
- IR interventions.
- Ensure that the Western Cape Central Dispensing Unit (WC CDU) Order Processing Department is operating effectively and efficiently within the WC CDU SLA.
- Understanding of the WC CDU Penalty Matrix.
- Compiling and management of new SOPs.
- Management of operational expenses within budget.
Minimum Requirements:
- BPharm Degree from a recognised university.
- 5 to 7 years of admin management experience.
- 5 to 7 years of supervisory and management experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience and working knowledge of the Western Cape Central Dispensing Unit (WC CDU).
