Our client, a leading logistics company, is looking for a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts to trial balance.
- Oversee debtors and creditors accounts.
- Generate and analyze reports on vehicle performance.
- Prepare and report on fuel usage.
- Compile toll usage reports.
- Produce profit and loss reports per truck.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
