JOB TITLE: Branch Administrator Intern
REPORTING TO: Branch Manager
DURATION: 12 Months
SALARY: R5000

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide reception duties, welcome visitors/clients and perform administrative tasks.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Manage Switchboard and Reception area in the Branch including management of pool vehicle.
- Provide administrative services and handle face-to-face enquiries from visitors.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Matric (level 4) and three year qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Technology or Secretarial Diploma (NQF Level 6).
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Not applicable.
- Knowledge of secretarial duties.
- Knowledge of MS Office package.
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Planning and organising skills.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact productively with Managers, peers, and subordinates.
- Proficient in the use of computers, including accounting software, database software, document management software, and Microsoft Office packages.
- Prior secretarial experience preferred, but not required.
