Role Overview
This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, financials, and compliance of 18 sectional title schemes. The role requires proven experience in sectional title management, strong financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience in property management, with a focus on sectional titles.
- Proficiency in WeConnectU and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to chair AGM and trustee meetings, including those held after hours.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in property management will be an advantage.
