We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and supporting our finance team in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of financial audits.
- Respond to financial inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a finance administrator or similar role (Minimum 2 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Syspro software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
