Commercial Accounts Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and manage site profitability, ensuring a blend of strategic acumen and operational excellence.
- Set and achieve ambitious budget goals, demonstrating a self-starter attitude and the ability to deliver results.
- Foster strong internal communication across various teams, articulating information effectively.
- Perform information gathering and analysis with an eagle eye for detail, ensuring performance monitoring aligns with sales and profit targets.
- Build and maintain stellar customer relationships, prioritizing service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and negotiate promotional activities, analyzing their success to optimize product offerings.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- A degree in BCom, Food Science, or BTech in Cost & Management Accounting, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SYSPRO BOMs, ensuring accurate costings from operations to finance.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the food industry, with a proven track record in product costings, promotions, and price negotiations.
- A history of successful category development and establishing strong customer relationships.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and time management skills, along with a passion for the food industry.
