We are recruiting for an Admissions Manager for an elite educational establishment in the City Bowl of Cape Town.
The role will be responsible for nurturing the journey from admission to alumnae, while creating the ideal match between the establishment and prospective families.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and team player with a positive attitude and a pro-active nature.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing the full admissions and enrolment process.
- Maintain full and accurate records and supporting data to effectively evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Fulfil a PR role in building relationships with prospective families and in the running of promotional events and Open Days.
- Arrange tours and interviews with the Head and ensure that follow-up correspondence is sent.
- Ensure that the admissions process is strategically aligned with the brand experience.

- A high level of organisational and administrative competency.
- Systems-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Client-centric with an ability to deliver on the school’s brand, ethos and values system.
- Be pro-active, displaying drive, energy and stamina.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably including Marketing.
- Significant experience of working in an administrative and customer-focused environment.
- Understanding of the principles and practices of recruitment and admissions.
- Prior experience working in a school environment is advantageous.
- Excellent computer literacy and working with database programmes.
- A good understanding of Data Management.
