Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Bakery Manager to join our dynamic team, based in the Northern Suburbs - Cape Town.
The purpose of the Bakery Manager is to manufacture confectionery products to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Cyclical Production Plans
- Control ingredients used in baking Confectionery
- Control stock
- Manage customer relations
- At least 3 years baking experience
- Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent
- Recognized technical qualification in Confectionery
- The incumbent must be prepared to work shifts
- Creative flair for product presentation
