To support the business in the administrative functions required to onboard a customer in a timely manner, maintaining the highest level of customer service and compliance.
Tasks
- Operational
- Conduct FICA client profiling for all new registrations, following all risk measures.
- Daily monitoring of active users to ensure they are FICA compliant.
- Support to the various Sales Teams for client onboarding.
- Weekly and monthly reporting on new registrations and daily monitoring.
- Assist team members with training where necessary.
Stakeholders (internal & external customers, suppliers, shareholders)
- Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships in order to promote business continuity and drive user retention and growth.
Maintain personal effectiveness and communication - Maintain effective oral and written communications with customers and work colleagues.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to suggest ways of doing things differently by improving performance and increasing the value created for all stakeholders.

Requirements
- Academic qualifications
- Grade 12
- Excel proficiency
Work experience - Essential:
- Experience with customer service
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Relevant sector/industry exposure
- Knowledge of DealersOnline
- Previous onboarding experience
