- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess training methods through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations
- Solid planning and organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives and schedules
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Expertise to adapt training content to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Experience in conducting assessments to measure employee competencies and performance
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms for virtual training delivery
