Job Overview
My client is a leader in the earthmoving/crane industry, with a presence in over 100 countries and regions worldwide. They have made strategic market arrangements to follow the Belt and Road initiative. Their products are well-received in markets across the Middle East, South America, Africa, Southeast Asia, Russia, and high-end markets in the USA, Europe, and Australia. The company operates subsidiaries in nearly 20 countries and has established industrial and technological parks in Italy, Germany, India, Brazil, and Belarus, along with more than 50 resident offices worldwide. Centered on the UAE and Brazil, their logistics network and parts supply system have global coverage. They are ranked 4th globally.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads to support product lines (business units).
- Contacting prospective clients through calls and visits to promote the company's products and services.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintaining and updating activities on CRM.
- Achieving pipeline and collections targets.
- Monitoring industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer-specific needs.
- Preparing and submitting weekly reports to the line manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- Sales experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete) industry is preferred.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration
Basic: 18k – 23k, plus vehicle allowance, fuel allowance, laptop allowance, and uncapped commission.
