- Training Needs Analysis: Analyze business training needs to identify how training interventions can enhance individual performance and add value to the business.
- Training Design & Development: Design and develop training material related to productivity tools used within the business, ensuring it meets the needs of users.
- Competency-Based Assessments: Create and implement competency-based assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the knowledge gained by participants.

Requirements
