A well-established Tertiary School is looking for an energetic individual with very strong communication skills to join their growing team.

- Matric
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience
- Call centre experience (advantageous)
- Driver's License
- Willingness to build rapport
Responsibilities:
- Design lesson plans and teach curriculum per module outcomes as per contract hours.
- Communicate briefs or assignments to Learners for practical projects and assignments specifically for theoretical projects.
- Mark assessments for Learners and provide feedback within the stipulated marking and moderation cycle deadlines as per the national Assessment Schedule.
- Present class marks and averages of briefs to assignments to the HODs for internal and external moderation as specified by the module.
- Design briefs in module-specific craft activities to drive class and Learner engagement within brief cycles.
- Arrange appropriate guest Lecturers and outings in accordance with curriculum requirements.
- Develop briefs, assignments, tests, exams, and rubrics to give feedback to Learners in a structured way.
- Interpret content and develop presentations for lectures.
- Engage in further research and participate in Teaching & Learning events to ensure that the most up-to-date pedagogy is used in lectures.
- Submit marks and feedback on Moodle for Learners' use as well as to the Dean of Faculty for all Learners at every assessment point.
- Take Learner attendance registers and continuously monitor at-risk Learners' poor attendance via the academic Master Mark Sheets (MMS) and ITS system.
- Report continuously on red-flag and at-risk cases to the HODs and campus Registrar for academic, financial, or medical issues to be addressed.
- Participate in campus staff meetings to address logistical issues and receive updates on academic development.
- Attend parents' evenings twice a year to provide feedback on the Learners to parents.
- Attend open days to share module and programme information with prospective Learners and parents three times annually.
- Participate in Learner and Lecturer orientation sessions once a semester to orientate the job incumbent regarding teaching & learning and assessment policy.
- Be willing to travel between campuses across the country when needed.
