Main purpose of the job
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels and activations. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.
Relationship Management
- Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers and generate leads / sales.
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to align yourself with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Building Oneplan brand and awareness
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
- Engage with customers and potential clients, answering questions and providing information about the brand or product
- Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the company to help improve products or services
- Utilize social media platforms to promote the brand, share content, and engage with the online community.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products or services to provide accurate information to the public.
- Collect competitor information and build knowledge base of competitors and how Oneplans products compare.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to optimize promotional efforts
- Track and report on engagement metrics, such as lead and sales achieved.
- Attend training sessions or workshops to remain updated about the brand and its market strategy
- Handle promotional materials and ensured they are distributed effectively during events
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
- Find and attend events and trade shows to network with industry professionals and represent our brand to visitors.
- Implement marketing campaigns that successfully increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry professionals, including influencers and bloggers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to ensure customers receive accurate information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the marketing team.
- Serve as the face and voice of our brand, embodying our values and vision.
- Educate consumers about our brand, product features, and benefits.
- Actively seek out opportunities to interact with potential customers and generate leads.
Product Promotion
- Engage with industries that relate to Oneplan products, setting up activations, signing them up to our referral programs, and look for opportunities to collaborate with them on marketing campaigns
- Look for opportunities to install signage.
- Find and research events that Oneplan can get involved or have a presence at.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Create content for the marketing team and yourself to share across our social media platforms to build engage with followers and influencers.
- Come up with activation / marketing initiatives and ideas
Market Research
- Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Share feedback and market insights with the marketing and sales teams to improve product positioning and customer experience.
- Develop and disseminate industry and company information, including market, competitor, and new product information, research, and reports
Event Management
- Participate in trade shows as a spokesperson for our company
- Assist in organizing marketing events
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Promote our products or services at various events, trade shows, and retail locations.
Administration and Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date record keeping and administration
- Be available and willing to assist with any additional tasks and projects, as required by the department.
- Weekly reporting to management
- Provide insight into the service and sales aspects to position our brand in a uniformed manner throughout the business;
- Monitor online comments and respond or forward to the Marketing department

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position
- Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role
- Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
- Experience creating online content
- Experience in sales and lead generation
- Good people skills
- Self Motivator
- BSc in Marketing or relevant degree (Will be advantageous)
