Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide IFRS 17 technical guidance on the group's projects
- Implementation of the IFRS 17 standards and amendments that have been issued that would affect the group
- Training on the relevant topics to the group
- Review financial statements to ensure compliance
- Ability to consult and liaise with auditors
- Superior technical report writing skills
Skills & Experience
- Previous/current insurance industry experience
- Strong IFRS knowledge essential
- IFRS 17 knowledge highly advantageous
- Pastel & Advanced Excel very beneficial
Qualification
CA (SA) qualification essential with minimum 2-3 years post article experience.
