Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Business Analyst with expertise in Telecommunications and Broadband Project Management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze, manage, and oversee large-scale projects, specifically in civil, construction, and telecommunications fiber optic management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience working in a telecommunications environment with a strong focus on broadband infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Telecommunications Management: Lead and manage telecommunications projects, focusing on the implementation and expansion of broadband infrastructure, including fiber optic networks.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil and construction projects related to telecommunications, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
- Broadband Project Management: Provide leadership in managing broadband project activities, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring the quality and success of the projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, civil engineering, and telecommunications experts, to deliver high-quality broadband projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and internal teams, to align project objectives and ensure smooth execution.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery within scope and budget.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of fiber optic technologies and telecommunications infrastructure to advise on best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements Qualifications :
- Relevant B Degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications project management, with a focus on broadband and fiber optic infrastructure.
Skills and Experience :
- Strong understanding of telecommunications management and broadband project management principles.
- Experience with fiber optic technologies and the design and implementation of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing large-scale projects in a civil and construction environment, specifically related to telecommunications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
