*Are you looking for a big role within a fun, supportive team, where you can make a real difference?*
As we celebrate our second birthday, we’re excited to create a *new role *for an experienced and capable leader within our already awesome nursing team. Our practice is bright and modern with lots of airy, calm space. We have separate cat / dog waiting and wards, as well as lap kit, dental x-ray, and CT on-site. *Being independent, we get to make the decisions, and we get to do the best for our patients, pet owners, and each other too.*
At King Street we have a very strong sense of who we are as a practice and team, and what we aim to achieve in terms of both patient care and client experience. To pull that off consistently, we’re putting our team first, so we go the extra mile to support and look out for each other every day.
We’re proud to have an already strong team, with great skill for nursing patients, caring for our clients inside the consult room and out, and coaching and developing those around them. Our new Head Nurse will be excited by the prospect of working collaboratively with their direct team, and shoulder to shoulder with Karmen as a key member of her leadership team.
The role itself can be largely shaped to the strengths of our successful candidate, but the must-have proven capability for us is within organisation and planning of the clinical operation, optimising our workflows to ensure we’re as efficient as we can be, achieving what we need to comfortably. We’re therefore looking for someone who is highly organised, a natural problem solver, and a great communicator, with a focus on continuous improvement. You’ll of course be nurturing and supportive of others, helping the wider team to succeed.
