Main Purpose of Position:
To project the image of an authentic
Brand Ambassador whilst delivering bespoke, premium customer support services.
To facilitate efficient communication between customers, parts and service departments.
To increase customer retention and profitability by promoting relevant products.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Drivers’ License
Computer Literate
1-3 Years’ experience in Customer Facing Services
Advantageous Requirements:
Motor dealership industry (technical) experience
