After-Sales Technician

About the role
To be successful as a After-Sales Technician, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's
technical products and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is
understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your goals and should have
excellent sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional
manner.
2. Provide accurate, detailed information and training about our products, services, and policies to
customers.
3. Provide field service to customers for trouble shooting once get work order from CRM system or
instructions from service team.
4. Keep using CRM to records of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
5. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive a consistent and positive
experience.
7. Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services through ongoing training and self
learning and be capable to repair products after training.
8. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases.
10. Develop opportunities for new clients and also C&I solar projects as per the instructions.
Candidate requirements
Education:
• ND in Electrical Engineering.
• Matric
Experience:
• At least 2 years’ of experience in the Solar industry.
• Experience in solving technical issues and repairs.
Additional Considerations
• Must have own transport.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of PV Solar technologies.
