Senior Digital Content Designer
To test the boundaries of how product design implemented in multi-disciplinary teams.
Qualifications
Experienced, creative, and well-organised Senior Digital Content Designer.
A relevant qualification (such as a degree or equivalent) and/or relevant experience creating and editing content for websites and intranets is essential.
Knowledge and Experience
Extensive experience creating and editing content for social media, google, YouTube and websites.
Passionate about design, animation, and creativity.
Experience in designing and creating content, using a content management system (Paperflite) and writing and editing readable content.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be confident working with a wide range of people who have varying levels of understanding of content and the web.
Enthusiastic, diplomatic, and persuasive with a keen understanding of negotiating with subject-matter experts.
Comfortable working independently and making content decisions.
Experience of working on short notice, some weekends, and in a high-performance team, in a fast-paced digital environment, both in a digital team and independently with minimal supervision.

MS Office.
Google Analytics.
HTML.
Email newsletter software (Mail Chimp or similar).
Survey software (JISC, MS Forms and similar) and online forms software.
Photoshop and other Adobe editing software.
Animation tools (social media Specific).
Video editing (With support of a partner).
Key Responsibilities:
As an expert creative, you will be working on a creative and content strategy.
Working on a variety of content design projects.
Continuous improvement work.
Work closely with the group head of marketing, social media manager, marketing team.
Must be able to understand the web, technology, and people.
Metric-focussed and prioritise on OKR measures.
