ROLE PURPOSE: To ensure that deliveries to and from the External warehouses works efficiently, and that the correct amount of stock is available to be sold. To handle all documentation and participate in stock take.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Ensure External warehouses has sufficient stock to sell;
- Do stock take reconciliations;
- Audit stock movement;
- Handle documentation for all movement in and out of external warehouses;
- Coordinate Sales, Quality, Finance and Logistics;
- Stock code transfers
- Process Sales Orders and Delivery notes and returns
- Distribute stock from external suppliers
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or related preferred
- Literate in Afrikaans and/or English
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel and SAP)
- A minimum of 2 years’ warehouse administration and stock management experience

- Good interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills
