DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Master Rebuild Centre Leader to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Distribution Business Unit in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Enhancing Operational Efficiency: By leading a cross-functional team, youll ensure plant operations are fast, reliable, and efficient.
Building Strong Customer Relationships: Your leadership will help develop and maintain relationships that meet and exceed customer needs.
Driving Continuous Improvement: Managing all plant functions, youll focus on meeting deliverables and driving ongoing improvements.
Promoting Company Values: Youll lead the implementation of Cummins values, processes, and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
Developing Plant Staff: Through coaching and development, youll enhance the skills and capabilities of the plant staff.
Strategic Planning: Youll develop and execute the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant, aligning with broader company objectives.
Optimizing Supply Chain Interactions: Leading the integration between the plant and the overall supply chain, youll ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Community Engagement: Managing community involvement initiatives, youll strengthen the plants relationship with the local community.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
MBA will be advantageous
Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
