- Owns and manages the customer experience
- Has responsibility for end-to-end customer experience and inland transport planning
- Drives projects and forms processes
- We are looking for people who like to form processes, create new workstreams and are creative in their day-to-day work.
- A general understanding of SCM services and inner European transports is a must.
- English and German speaking person
- Your role will contain the management of end to end rail shipments , FTL / LTL Shipment including financial aspects aswell as full customer ownership.
- You would be daily in touch with vendors, Maersk teams all over Europe and Customers.
