Job Description You will serve as a major role in ensuring that the sales team across the Country meets it's goals. You will manage the schedules and territories of the various sales team members, set sales objectives and plan training programmes. You may assist team members in increasing their productivity by scheduling appointments and ensuring they have up-to-date support material. You will also liaise with other divisions within a business to ensure that sales, marketing, and delivery go smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales and Service representatives are unavailable to quickly support their customers.
- Preparing onboarding paperwork across all 4 products and assisting with contracts / orders till completion.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, risk, deployments, CIT, and finance queries are all handled quickly and efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Assisting with collating data and information and presenting up to date reports to the Regional Managers.
- General administration tasks to support team and Regional Managers effectively.
- Adhoc tasks required from time to time.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
- BCom Marketing, Public relations, Business law or Communications.
- None to 2 years experience/graduate.
