Summary of Job Description
• Calling on/Servicing Industrial Clients/Retail
• Meeting Monthly Sales Targets
• Maintaining/Growing Existing Business Relationships
• Maintaining/Updating Customer Database/Pipeline
• Manage Customer Complaints and Needs
• Cold Calling/Prospecting-New Business Development
• Update and Maintain Active Weekly Call Cycle
• Draw up quotes for customers
• Technical Product support and advise
• Technical Product Training at existing/potential customers
• Sealant and Adhesive Brand Awareness Development actively promoting to the industry
• Market Research-competition, market pricing, record trends and communicate with superior
• Submit Weekly Call Report
• Attend customer evenings/trade days (if/when required)
Requirements
• Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
• Minimum 2 years technical product sales experience (Retail/Direct) in industrial sector
• Knowledge of Adhesives and Sealants (Advantageous)
• MS Outlook/-Word/-Excel intermediate level (Essential)
• Valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel daily (Essential)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Essential)
• Customer Focused & Results Driven
• Work Independently
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 7h30 to 17h00
