Job Description:
Manage all day-to-day operations of the Brand Home (and future hospitality facilities).
Manage all Brand Home staff, FOH & BOH (and future hospitality facilities staff).
Training and Development of Brand Home staff.
Policies and Procedures relating to the Brand Home.
Ensure high standards of service delivery.
Maintain and grow destination image in line with the company brand.
Improve the quality of the existing Brand Home experience.
Use your initiative to drive and develop customer experiences.
Improve the quality-of-service excellence of current Brand Home staff.
Develop tasting and hospitality offerings.
Develop function packages for all hospitality areas.
Project Management on all hospitality facility make-overs.
Support National and International Sales and Marketing Strategies.
Stock Management and Control.
Health and Safety and excellent housekeeping.
Customer Liaison, manage all customer queries, reviews, and complaints with regards to Brand Home.
Manage, plan, and execute all onsite events i.e.: Vintage Day, Cap Classique Affair, Fizz Days, etc.
Administrative duties linked to the role. (cash ups, time and attendance, invoicing etc.)
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality.
Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Computer literate.
Wine knowledge will be advantageous.
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
Must be flexible to work additional hours as required in the Hospitality industry.
Commencement date: As soon as possible.
