Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Frontline Customer Support and Data Capturing individual to join our team. The role of a Frontline Customer Support position is to provide efficient and effective frontline support, The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Frontline Customer Support will report to the Campus Operational Manager as well as Customer Business Development Manager for the data capturing of student data cards.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role for Frontline Support:
- Support the Campus Operational Manager with office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Promptly receive clients and provide operational support as required.
- Maintain a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space
- Support client queries
- Be a back-up Testing Centre Administrator
- Data capturing of data cards for Sales
- Support on Health and Safety at the campus

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Experience & Qualifications Required
- Qualifications: Matric or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and front-line support
