NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join an FMCG team in the Western Cape! This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of external warehouses, managing stock levels, and maintaining accurate documentation for all stock movements.
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for stock take reconciliations, auditing stock movements, and coordinating with Sales, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams. You’ll manage stock code transfers, validate data, and handle sales orders, delivery notes, and returns. Additionally, you will be distributing stock from external suppliers and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
Minimum Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
A minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse administration and stock management.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SAP.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
