Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Cost Accountant majoring in Costing
- Previous experience in costing
- Experience with AccPac, TM1 Cognos and fraxion will be an advantage
- High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Emotionally mature and able to work well under pressure
- Clear credit and criminal history

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an integrated costing system / report with specified primary and secondary cost centres
- Review and maintain data accumulation systems and controls needed for the cost accounting system and reporting within an accounting framework on a monthly basis
- Analysis of expenses and ensure allocation to correct primary and secondary cost centres
- Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances
- Provide reports and explanations to line management
- Reviewing overhead costs to ensure correct allocation and reporting
- Produce operational costing calculations i.e. transport job costing and tender costing
- Produce profitability calculation for manufacturing divisions
- Capital project cost tracking
