A leading client which offers a mature and respectful working environment due to growth is looking for an additional experienced estates administrator to join their team.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 5 years' experience as a Deceased Estates Administrator, (independently administering Deceased Estates from beginning to end , each of the steps from A to Z).
- In some instances, this role is also client facing, m ust be able to meet with clients and do interviews, most times a director will chair the interview but must be someone that will be able to do the interview with or without one of the d irector s attending the meeting
- Must have experience in drafting L&Ds independently
- Preferably have knowledge on Legal Ease
- Must have experience in independently doing the ca sh reconciliation statements, work the liquidation distribution accounts, etc
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Open to male and female candidates
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
