We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities.
Requirements
- Relevant Human Resources Qualification or Related
- 2+ years in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing
- FMCG, Logistics recruitment experience is a must
- Must have bulk recruitment experience
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn
- MIE certificate would be an advantage
- Good written and verbal communications skills
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
- Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their applications and interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Doing background checks and calling references
- Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
- Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation.
- Assist as required by the manager.
