We are looking for a Project Manager that will automate and build business processes and implement these solutions for clients. To assist with internal ERP system code development and manage the team within the Integrate department.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer
Job responsibilities will include, among other:
Managerial Responsibilities
- Lead weekly Level 10 meetings
- Weekly and monthly overview and reporting on revenue figures, measuring targets and KPI’s
- Weekly structured departmental feedback presentation to the Board
- Facilitate quarterly/bi-annual feedback sessions with the integrate team
- Managing of team capacity forecast and budget and ensuring work is done within set budgets
- Be the main point of contact for the integrate team
- Liaising with outsourced strategic partners
Sales and Marketing Activities
- Meeting new prospects then issuing new proposals in collaboration with the OCFO Sales team
- Following up on proposals and confirmation of payments
- Work in collaboration with OCFO Marketing team to assist with development and refinement of marketing collateral for the integrate value offering to reach the target audience
Client Relationship Management
- Review and management of team projects ensuring all client projects remain on track and target
- Deal with client compliments and complaints
Design Client Systems
- Discuss current business flows with clients and identify problem areas
- Research software stacks that will meet client needs or build software stack from scratch
- Present findings based on research
- Implement or amend proposal based on clients feedback
Build Clients Systems
- Implement chosen software stack approved by client
- Meet with client during build to ensure alignment with expectations
- Do sandbox testing for aspects of system that have been built
- Amend implementation based on results of testing
- Deliver project to client and provide support thereafter in providing training and implementing solutions
- Provide training on implemented solutions
Project Management
- Taking approved client proposals to determine time allocation to project
- Set-up internal timelines on each section of the proposal
- Determine work that will be outsourced to other service providers and will be onboarded internally
- Communicate with client throughout the project build to ensure customer satisfaction
- Allocate team members on client projects and set timelines
Training
- Training clients and internal team members on their unique software stacks
- Training other system integration consultants on software stacks
- Amend trainings based on implemented system changes
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 4-5 years’ business analyst, management, consulting and coding experience with a Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering Qualification or related field.
