The Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales function, driving revenue growth and . This position requires a strong blend of leadership, client relationship building, administrative expertise, and a deep understanding of the aluminum extrusion industry.
Responsibilities:
Client Development and Sales Growth:
- Develop and build a well articulated value proposition of our client's market position and services
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Regular meetings and interactions with existing and potential customers to build credibility, develop relationships and identity changing market trends and needs.
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and cold calling.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable customer acquisition and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Manage existing client relationships
Sales Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular sales pipeline reviews and implement strategies for lead conversion.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to final invoicing.
- Manage and monitor key sales metrics, preparing accurate reports for analysis.
- Accurately forecast sales for production and planning purposes

Administrative and Operational Excellence:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer relationship management
- (CRM) system.
- Manage and prioritize sales inquiries and quotations effectively.

- Collaborate effectively with other departments like production, engineering, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry.
- Must have knowledge of selling aluminium products.
