Ensuring that the Firm adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies Assess and manage the Firm’s financial and legal risks by determining potential compliance issues and developing strategies to mitigate them Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business administration or related field Professional certificate e.g. CCEP and equivalent is an advantage Must have at least 5 – 8 years’ experience in the same or similar role within a legal / professional services firm Thorough knowledge of the industry standards, risk management, legal requirements and controls, laws and regulations e.g. B-BBEE and FICA
