Degree or Diploma RIB Candy experience would be an advantage Valid drivers license Willing to travel Working on Projects essential Provide On-Site Project risk pertaining tot the finance and performance of te project. Report on Project Status Take financial risk on projects Monitoring te project to ensure it is managed in terms of the contract. Ensuring that Payment undertaking is signed by the nominated person of the employer Check that the project is run with in the allocate budget. ensuring that drawdowns and materials issued are in accordance with the budget. Ensuring that the final account quantities are correct. Provide for on-site project risk pertaining to the finance and performance risk of the project. Attending site meetings Contract management pertaining to the finance and performance. Ensure the the contractual irregularities are addressed. Attending to and escalating concerns / queries (when applicable)
