The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth for the institute's training and educational programs across various sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in business development, preferably within the education or training industry.

Responsibilities - Actively seek new business opportunities through networking and calling on prospective clients
- Negotiate packages as per the company’s mandate
- Meeting with potential clients, conduct a needs analysis and advise on possible solutions that will suit their requirements and benefit their future plans
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with the other entities within the SFA Group
- Contribute towards and drive sales strategies to increase revenue and profit
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly target in line with the business goals and objectives
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance to suit their specific training needs
- Maintain relationships with internal clients and contractors for seamless execution of projects
- Ensure external client retention by servicing and providing fit-for-purpose solutions
