The Head of Programs will lead the planning, development, and execution of the organization's programs. This role involves strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing program staff, and driving successful outcomes. The Head of Programs will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the management of all program activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Lead and mentor program teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and donors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide regular reports on program performance to senior management.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree ; Master's preferred.
- Proven experience in program management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and work under pressure.
